1. General Terms

• House of ROP reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of these terms at any time.

• Users must be 18+ or have guardian consent to purchase or book services through our platform

2. Product Sales

• All products are for external use only. Please read ingredients before use. We are not liable for allergic reactions.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion.

• Pre-orders will be fulfilled within the timeline stated on the product page.

3. Beauty & Skin Services

• Appointments must be booked in advance.

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or the deposit will be forfeited.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

• We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behaviour or unsafe conditions.

4. Mobile Services

• Mobile services are subject to location availability and travel fees (if applicable).

• The location must be clean, safe, and have access to water/electricity (where required).

• We are not responsible for damage to surfaces or belongings during service if setup instructions are not followed.

5. Events & Vendor Bookings

• Event participation (e.g. MAKEUP MAY) is confirmed only after payment and signed agreement (if applicable).

• Vendor and ticket payments are non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by House of ROP.

• We reserve the right to change the venue or event structure due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, public health)

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

• House of ROP is not responsible for delays or loss caused by postal carriers.

• Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery information

7. Returns & Refunds

• Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds are only issued after inspection of returned items.

• Beauty and skin services are non-refundable once delivered, except in cases of negligence or error on our part.

8. Privacy

• All customer data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We will never share your information with third parties without consent.

• Secure payment is handled through third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

9. Liability Disclaimer

• House of ROP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

• By proceeding with a purchase or booking, you agree to these terms in full.
