Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing a smooth and professional experience for all our clients. Please review our booking policy before confirming your appointment or order. 1. Booking & Deposits • All services (including treatments, events, rentals, and product pre-orders) must be booked in advance. • A non-refundable deposit (amount varies per service) is required to secure your booking. • Deposits will be deducted from the final balance. 2. Payments • Full payment must be made before or on the day of your service, depending on the service type. • We accept bank transfer, card, or other payment methods as communicated at the time of booking. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the appointment can be rescheduled once without losing the deposit. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. • No-shows (failure to attend without notice) will result in full payment being required for future bookings. 4. Refunds • Deposits are strictly non-refundable. • Refunds are only issued if House of ROP must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. 5. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their booking and deposit, or the service may be shortened. 6. Products (e.g., Body Glow Oil) • Pre-orders must be paid in advance. • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase. • Products are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged upon delivery. 7. Events & Rentals • Event bookings require at least 50% deposit upfront. • Balance must be cleared no later than 7 days before the event date. • Cancellations less than 14 days before the event will result in loss of deposit. 8. Agreement By booking with House of ROP, you agree to abide by this policy
